Tour Itinerary:
- 07:30: Pick up from your hotel
- 09:00: Arrive at the rafting company
- 09:30: Begin the rafting adventure
- 12:00: Enjoy lunch at the rafting restaurant
- 14:00: Start the quad biking adventure
- 16:00: Finish ATV ride and take a shower
- 16:30: Transfer back to the hotel
Things to Know Before Booking:
- Exact pick-up time will be confirmed via your voucher email.
- Minimum of 2 participants required for booking.
- Free hotel return transfers in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and Ubud. (Additional charge of USD 10 for remote areas like Uluwatu and Pecatu, per group up to 6 pax.)
- Age restriction: 9 years and older (children must be accompanied by an adult).
- Private transfers: Only you and your companion will be in the vehicle.
- Prices are fair with no hidden fees. The price you see is the final price.
- Bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, a change of clothes, towels, and an underwater camera.
- Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, asthmatics, or those with serious medical conditions.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- Payment Method: Online payments via payment link, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before departure: No fee.
- Cancellations 47 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows: 100% of the tour price.

We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment. Changes to the tour schedule can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for cancellations or changes.
